By now, you should all be acquainted with Tanner Ross, or should I say… Super Tanner! The super-hero turned producer – or super-producer turned hero? He has an ear like no one else, works like a mother, flies like an eagle and developed his very own mighty skills and genres, as you see him gliding back and forth between the hulking spooky and the wonderly sexy.

Indeed, 2009 revealed to the world the Voodeux behemoth inside of Mr. Tanner Ross, as he released The Paranormal album on Mothership, produced with his buddy James Watts. A masterpiece that had the whole world shaking in awe! The mythical creature came into sight again, creating ear-splitting damage with a remix on Airdrop’s tenth record, Constar’s Sunset Tribe EP.

Marcel Wave, Tanner Ross’ other alter ego for the deep and risqué, also popped up on rare and precious occasions this year, especially with the highly acclaimed Kiwi Sunrise, opening track to Airdrop’s Extraction US compilation. Remember Jekyll & Hyde? Well it is alive and right in front of you!

Now. Be ready to meet a new production arrangement. This time around, it’s with his favourite housemate and sidekick – Sergio Santos – that Tanner Ross teams up. The duo creates two eye-opening tracks, that leave the expert-listener in fascination. Don’t be scared for not being able to identify this to any previous style…

Sergio Santos has been, in everyone’s view, one of the US’ top DJs for a while… and legitimately so. Just ask all the heads and feet you will come across and they will tell you how irresistible the man and his music are. Guided by his Yoda master, Sergio Santos now applies all his knowledge and years of experience onto production. We will now leave you to gauge the intensity of the force!
