Everyone listen up! Our dearest CAPE is back! Yes! He is coming back from a great introspective journey in music with a bag-full of new lavish resonances! After the ‘LE POST EP’ whirlwind – his first digital release on AIRDROP – and his appearance on ESPERANZA’s ‘HELP!’ compilation, the young Rosario-based artist brings us together back in circle. This time, it is around the ‘SAVOR EP’ that the clan gathers. Presenting here a whole new different approach in creation, CAPE does not forget about his signature natural vortex created by his spiraling drums and helicoidal synth lines.

GROOVEITOR isn’t quite like other ethnically influenced pieces. Recreating a trance intrinsical to very sacred roots, it is using ritual chants of the Maasai tribe from Kenya that CAPE brings this extraordinary depth and sonorous human patrimony to culmination. Let your mind get flooded by the ancestral waves of history and knowledge in mental fugues and spirit-to-body cogitation shared here with you.

Waves of MAR; diving into the aqueous surface of our planet and the natural feelings of floating and shifting. CAPE offers here a groovy piece, still employing his favourite heady-synth, the organ stabs help us ground or feet a level deeper, letting the body stretch between both ends. Our young French friend LE LOUP comes in to revisit MAR while keeping all of its initial elements. Adding great sub-marine lows to his episode of the sail, LE LOUP plants us like reed into pond, testing-out our sideways flexibilities with great blows of wind, giving a new meaning to CAPE’s hypnose. We simply love LE LOUP’s music! And with music out on WOLF + LAMB and due on others, one can foresee a great future lying ahead of him!

Talking about sub-lows, let’s feel them on the great bass of SAVOR’s original mix. CAPE takes us here on a promenade with it, hand-in-hand, airing amongst voices echoing in space, swinging between panning hand-drums, reverberating at the back of our memories. Bringing back some familiar feelings of ecstasy, re-discovering the pulse of life, peaking our journey into an ocean of natural synthesization… Ground control! Bring these voices back down!
