Kleine Reise, Berlin’s secret hotspot, continues its stellar weekends and programmation. On the menu: jokes, tunes, drinks, moons and sass o’ plenty on this full moon weekend! This Friday 29th of January, Airdrop’s own Paulo will be playing with Iroko and his friend Roberto Vinylo. On Saturday, the legendary Ian Pooley will be taking over the KR controls, along Mr. Peter Grummich… Amazing things!

Mixed beats with a tossed salad, house dressing, and a generous
portioning of techno croutons. This dish comes from far away, but makes its home just around the corner. Best if enjoyed early and often.
Chef recommends it to be paired with a Jack and Coke.

Main Courses

KASPER (Esperanza / Net28 / LoMidHigh | Spain)

Jamon imported from native Spain, glazed with the finest house mixed seasonings, with a dash of techno truffle oil, and a few surprises only an educated palette will pick up. Leave plenty of time to enjoy the main course as it will be taking up an extended set.
Chef recommends it to be paired with a cold PBR from the bar a la Gina or Dave

FRED P aka BLACK JAZZ CONSORTIUM (Underground Quality / Soul People Music | Queens)

A refined dish with lavish deep flavours. Quality may have its price, but here you will get both for less than you bargained for. No need to worry about having two heavy dishes in a row, the pairing of these is like a match made in Brooklyn. Chef recommends a Vodka with this one…

Dessert

SOUL CLAP (Airdrop / Wolf + Lamb | Boston)

Hott off a tour of Europe, this Dessert comes back to the Big Apple in a big way. A Duo of decadence, deliciousness, and dominance, you can expect to have your mouth full with these two all night, well into the morning. There last 12″ dish was a sweet success.
Chef Recommends a Sea Breeze when these two come on.

On Friday the 20th of November, Paulo will have the chance to be playing for the fantastic Phuturesoul crew in Portugal, at their weekly residence at Muralhas Bar in Aveiro, Portugal.

Handling bookings in Portugal for the likes of Manuel Tur or the Del Barrio Records’ roster, Phuturesoul is managed dynmically by Marco Oliveira and Paulo da Fonseca, pushing forward the best music around!

For a couple of years now, Buenos Aires has been lucky enough to host one of the most fantastic live formation we have ever had the chance to witness. It will be back at Niceto Club this weekend on the occasion of Mutek’s fifth year anniversary of presence in Argentina.

Organised by Tangent around the artists represented by the agency, the Live Jam regroups FRANCO CINELLI, ANDRES ZACCO, LUCAS MARI and SEPH, around their own machine, for unique improv-sessions. The formation always evolves, as for the two first shows it also included the presence of LEONEL CASTILLO, JORGE SAVORETTI and JONAS KOPP.

It’s official, NYC now has its own electronic music festival. After many attempts from Larry Tee’s to last year’s hyped minitek, many have tried and many have failed. I am sure that there were a few people like me going to the festival to analyze how well it was produced just as much as listening to 40+ big name DJs. Made Event’s Electric Zoo Festival has succeeded in creating a festival leaving fans wanting more and a profitable long term venture.
