After rocking appearances at DEMF and of course during NYC’s unparalleled reSolute parties, at which he resides with Connie, Elon recently travelled aaall the way to Australia to play. We are lucky enough to hold a precious recording of his set on the 5th continent. Ok, so it has taken a bit longer than planned to recuperate from the best weekend of the year! The Movement (not DEMF for reasons I now somewhat know) started on Friday night for us, with a short stop by Corktown where ex-Detroiter now-new-found New Yorker, Eric Cloutier did some high pace mixing. Punisher would later on take the reigns and bring more fury to the dancefloor. But, Friday’s mission was to make it to the mothership, and so we did. Voodeux was about to make its live debut and Monty Luke was properly getting the people warmed up (free booze and sick venue) did help. Crazy Larry is a mysterious figure. Having escaped a 70s Hollywood movie, he successfully survived the 80s only to reemerge as a techno producer somewhere in the Wild West plains of The United States at the beginning of the new millennium. Disguised in a Peter Fonda costume, he, after installing himself in the underground of Denver, Colorado, managed to sneak into the Airdrop offices, playing freaky music with his giant moustache.

Can you believe that our last Soul Clap AirPod Episode dates back from a year ago! June 10th 2008!
